Blocked Drains & Drainage Services Mansfield

Drainage 2000 provided excellent service with the attention to our blocked drain having previously appointed an engineer through Checkatrade and Able group. The visit organised by the latter(s) resulted in a disaster which caused a blockage in a different area, part of the drain. Able group refused to correct this having charged nearly twice the amount that Drainage 2000 charged. In no way will Able/Checkatrade be used again.

The most hardworking man out there to literally deal with our shit. The man hole on our property was overflowing, couldn’t flush. They were out here within an hour. We had a caught drain pipe cleaner which didn’t help but after putting his hand down the gunk (which I could never do), it all got cleared by Simon. What a star. Would use him again and again.

I would recommend, the team at Drainage 2000 Ltd to absolutely anyone. From the initial call, with Laura at 9am regarding a blocked sewer drain. She emailed me within minutes with a quote for the work required, and within 2 hours Martin was at work on the drain, 20 minutes later the job was done and we had an operational drain again. On behalf of my wife and myself, we'd like to thank everyone at Drainage 2000, from Laura our point of contact, to Martin our expert engineer, to Trina in accounts. We were looked after professionally, and courteously at all times. An excellent service at a sensible price, we are very happy and would recommend the team to anyone. Called drainage2000 this morning for a badly blocked drain. Had Dynorod attend last night and tell me they couldn't fix it and would have to wait until Monday with no toilet or shower. Drainage2000 were here within an hour of calling and the problem was fixed an hour later. Considerably cheaper than the other company too! Highly recommended, fast and efficient service. In our hour of needed this company not only answered their phone but also took the trouble to ring me back with a solution. Team were brilliant, cheerful and very professional on site. All fixed, survey and camera report followed. Whats not to like? Its a struggle to find a good team these days but this company is pure gold.

Thank you to Drainage 2000 Ltd (and Andy, their very able and courteous operative) who came to deal with our toilet drain blockage on Saturday. We'd been trying to deal with it for four days prior and our plumbers couldn't manage to solve the problem for us. We'd also had a leak through our lounge ceiling (raw sewage) onto our carpet and furniture, which was horrendous to deal with - had buckets, towels, plastic sheets everywhere - the house seemed like a different place last week. Andy was here for two hours and managed to find the blockage with the help of the CCTV camera and then clear it - what a relief. Another great thing was his genuine consideration in dealing with our property and left everything back in order and in its original place. Worth every penny - thank you all so much! You're doing your neighbourhood and surrounding area a great service and we would recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

We are so impressed with the speediness of Drainage 2000. They were contacted at 7.30am after being let down by another company and by 8am they were out and dealing with the problem. We were worried our drainage problems would affect the running of the school but the problem was all sorted by the start of school. The lady taking the call had fantastic customer service and the engineer attending was brilliant. A big well done and a massive thanks from all at Hasland Junior School.

Service was spot on and cost less than l expected

Fantastic! This is perhaps not the normal review. Our family dog went missing and after an extensive search of the local area she could not be found. The only other area that we could think of checking was a fox hole in our garden. All other drainage companies did not want to help. We contact Drainage 2000 and Chris and Ian came to our aid, used their camera to search the fox hole and we found our dog trapped inside. Not only did they help us to find her, they both stopped and helped us to dig her out of the hole. Cracking pair of guys who went above and beyond and a real credit to this company. Thank you
